our wet kitchen garden

the preserving jars are ready for the first ripe plums
i look forward to plum chutney, plum jam and (of course) plum cake  ;^))

unfortenately no figs this year
all 30(!) figs have much too early and unripe fallen from the tree
but we do have blueberries and yellow raspberries
only few but boy are they nice and sweet

today it's raining, just like yesterday
the garden looks autumnal
come on sun!
put your sunrays on

  7. having own plums must be so luxury. i bought
3-4kg of it from the store and made them into jam
and plum liqour(now sit in my kitchen to be
matured enough to taste for month) and really enjoyed it.

I am not familier with chutney. what is that?
